Unless you're heading into the housing development (where the path meets the road in a few yards straight ahead - and there is
no way I know of to get across the Interstate that way), you'll need to branch to the left.  Oops!  Be careful! 

Not being a regular user of this path, I don't know how long this has been like this or is planned to be like this.  It doesn't look
very temporary.
