Where I post assorted thoughts and links relating to learning, specifically learning difficulties, learning disabilities, dyslexia, dysgraphia, "dyscalculia" and all the other reasons people struggle with numbers and math and arithmetic, reading, Orton-Gillingham stuff and ... whatever!

another "educational" website...

http://bootlog.org/prey - no, that's not it, but that is an interesting idea. Set your 'puter up so that, because of the magic of theInternet, you can tell it remotely to take a picture of whoever's sitting at it if it disappears from your control.

Back to education... another example of "yes, everybody contribute! Don't worry about accuracy. We've shared, and that was the assignment, right?" http://www.agendaweb.org/ - um, duly note that you can learn about "apostrophe's."

Okay, I actually *did* click on an exercise (tho' not in the apostrophe section). I can put in the right continuing present tense verb. There's a comma spliced run-on sentence in the mix, and it's not as if the "right" answers are *consistent,* but hey, I can do them. (I __love__ chocolate, but we __are dancing__ at my friend's house.)

Oh, and OF COURSE... amidst those sentences is "You __hate__ maths." Let's just keep the positive affirmations coming.

Could just be random bad luck, but I only looked on two pages of the site. I don't need to look further.
