He's baaack...

... so, today I got to see the instructor side of "instruction vs. delivery." It's a little hard to objectify, because often it *is* the well-placed pause. The other objective difference was an emphasis on "learning the process" as opposed to the process. Mr. Delivery Man explained - perfectly well - just how exponents work. He did *not,* however, expound about the importance of practicing, practicing, practicing the strategies, or the idea that memorizing the rules and then trying to find a scripted order of doing them was a rotten one.
