Manipulative :)

Sometimes it's a good thing.

I got a huge pile of paper clips two "office swaps" ago ... and when you're trying to figure out what prime factors are, they're pretty good for seeing whether you can clump 15 into groups. And when the student comes up and gets another handful 'cause now the number is 18, you can figure it's helping :)
