Where I post assorted thoughts and links relating to learning, specifically learning difficulties, learning disabilities, dyslexia, dysgraphia, "dyscalculia" and all the other reasons people struggle with numbers and math and arithmetic, reading, Orton-Gillingham stuff and ... whatever!

new Student challenges:

So, the student had heard me preach about "every time you do something you don't want to lose, hit save, as if you're saying "'amen!'"

And she had. Still, when she brought the file in, it was blank.

She had, alas, when given the question "do you want to save these changes?" said "No!" since she thought it would change something. (She also probably was hitting close instead of save, I realize now...)
