"Dr. Faulkner said the current 'talent-driven approach to math, that either you can do it or you can’t, like playing the violin,' needed to be changed."

There's a new report out saying our math education is busted and needs to be fixed... but that we need to shut up about 'concepts or memorizing' and ... gasp... learn the facts **and** the concepts. Oh, and people need to know how to do fractions and decimals and percents :D :D

Next week is spring break - Camtasia time!!! (Only a few students... still work, so I get to 'play.')
